The winning entry was a design for an electronic switchgear named ‘Aquajack’, designed using Autodesk Mechanical Desktop 1.2.
Of his application on the computer, Rajesh says that “The value of Mechanical Desktop is that I am able to fully visualize my designs, and eliminate production problems. Also assembling the model on screen enables me to validate layouts.”
Mirajker’s design education at the National Institute of Design, India, and the Art Center College of Design (Europe), Switzerland, was complemented with two training programs on Autodesk software at CADD Centre. He recently became a customer of CADD Center Software Solutions. “The training program at CADD Centre is of high quality and flexible for individual interests. I also find their sales, support and technical advice to be of a very high standard.” Rajesh comments.
Having received two International awards previously for the design of micro cars at Japanese Auto Shows in the years 1991 and 1995, this accomplished technical illustrator believes in quality of service through consistency.
